you should have put a ring on it!?

iv’e just listened to beyonce’s new album “i am sasha feirce” or something like that, i like the track ‘ if i were a boy’ i thought it was clever and true. but all the rest on the album is not great tbh. first off, why create yourself another name? i respect she might want a new image, i clean slate. but she should have expressed that by giving herself a new look of something, not creating a stupid name like ’sasha feirce’. in her earlier albums like her songs, crazy in love and listen; shes a real superstar! i also love her in the movie, ‘dream girls’ she totally suits that old school image. but im really not keen on her new stuff. its so cliche’! until next time.

The dreaded hairdressers..

i finished school at eleven, half days atm as i’m taking it easy after illness. mum came to meet me, told me i had a hair appoinment in like an hour and a half. which was unexpected really. you see, my oppointment was for yesterday, but nobody turned up. i was stood there like a lemon checking if anyone was actually there. i must have looked like i was trying to break in, ha! nobody was there, dissapointed, i went into town and then back home. silly hairdresser made had a blonde-moment mistake. >.< she did a great job in the end though! i desparatley needed a change, i quite like it really. 12 days in counting!

Must have been at least 6 moths since i posted on here! so much as happened! mums preggers for a start, shes due in like 12 days, exciting stuff.   iv’e also been mega ill, not  to complain, coz theres always someone thats worse off. meningitus makes you the lowest of all low man, i just hope the baby is going to bring a ray of sunshine back into my life, which im sure it will.(: s’been a tough couple of months really. but whatever doesnt kill you, makes you god damn stronger! xmas was okay, bit of a quiet one but a well earnt break, new years was pretty fun, im a huge fan of Jools holland, HOOTANANNY! lol, i pretty much stayed up until about half one, its so frustrating trying to get texts through to everyone ‘happy new year’ haahaa. anyways, i should be updating this alot more now. even if nobody reads it! ADD ME! ellie xo

Where do i begin?

Iv’e just got back from the most amazing holiday iv’e had , everrr !

Kefalonia is a Greek Island and is surrounded by the Beautiful Med’ sea ,

Look at me sounding like a travel agent! haha no really it is a thonomonal place, warm crystal clear seas,colourful fish, soft sands, lovely people and scrummy food! and thats only half of it really. We set off at about 3 am to get to our flight that took off at 10:15 , it was a bit of a rush but we got there in the end. Our wonderful Land Rover diddnt help out as it chose to fall asleep and not start the morning of departure :S But after my paitent Step-dad flicked the keys for about 10 minutes we were well on our way to the dreamy island. after 3 hour travel with the ipod blasting to keep us awake , we got to Gatwick , and then you all know what happens next, WAIT WAIT WAIT !  ugrhh isnt is boring! anyways i cant complain, at least not until the next part of the story. TURBULENCE. ohhmyygod my head and nose had never hurt so much in my life! incase anyone doesnt know turbulence is the pressure on the plane. ots like a 95% chance you will ever get it in your life on your flights, but we did. i could have stabbed the pilot honestly!

After tears of pain we saftley got to the tiny airport in Kefalonia, then we hopped onto a coach to get to Skala, a town  about 45 mins away from the capital [agrastolli] Skala’s really beautiful with tons of traditional cafes and places to eat. Bakeries and Pastry shops full of Goodies, i think its safe to say that greek people have a sweet tooth! our Villa was gorgeous too , with lovely people in the villa next to us, we had great fun whilst spending time at the villa. i cant begin to explain how amazing the beaches are. Our special beach called Mounda is a turtle beach and isnt very well known. Nothing is perfect in this world but i can safetly say that Mounda Beach is the closest to it! me and my step dad had fun snorkling, with all the small fishies circiling your ankles. iv’e got a lovely tan! all my family has! the whole atmosphere in Greece is just so much different to england. everyone is at peace and doesnt want to shoot you at night, or wear a hoodie. all the greek kids play outside until about 9, totally safe. it just makes you smile the way everyone is out there. Another highlight of the trip was that SIMON PEG [run fat boy run] was in our restaraunt! it was soo cool , he was with his mrs and looked a  bit stressed so we decided not to bother him , just to have a good old look at him! haha ,

The sad end to the holiday were shaken up by an big earthquake at the airport! and i say its big because all the greek people were suprised. and they must get it all the time! apparently further in the mountains there had been 4 earthquakes in kefalonia that week !

 

It was truly amazing  and i wouldnt hesitate to live there ,

if you want a laid back , beautiful holiday, pick Kefalonia!

Acoustic wonders.

its hot

On the tunage subject again (: I dont know about you , But i love it when i find acoustic vid’s on Youtube! Like my fave bands, i love them and when i love something i play it until my mum screams! but sometimes it’s nice to hear something a little different, but by the same artist. Sometimes you get a lil’ dissapointed , as your fave bands are amazing on ya album, but real crap in real life! But iv’e just found the most amazing acoustic on the face of the earth. Anyone heard of Evanescence? In case you havent , there the ‘real maccoy’ gothic band. Amy-lee is the singer and she is absoultley amazing. Even if you dont like her kinda music you cant deny how amazing her voice is. A shiver every time! On top of having an amazing voice, having mega stage presence and a goergeous figure is included with her! Think Pink! rip emma.

 today i got handed a slip saying my Clic Sargent Purchase has arrived . Clic Sargent? Well it’s a long story but basically it’s a charity supporting children/teen’s diagnosed with cancer. But this isnt any old’ charity, as When i was at primary school, a girl in year 4. [10 yrs.] was diagnosed with a brain tumor [tommy] It’s only been a year since i was at primary school, as i am in year seven now , but when i was in the last year of primary, sadly she passed away. So many people were distaught after knowing Emma, i did breifly know her , but not as well as others did. Even so , i desparatley wanted to show my respect somehow , and then the perfect oppitunity came! Emma’s sister and her friends go to my 2ndry school, and She and friends are raising money for this charity who helped emma and her family in such a difficult time. Not only can you donate money but you can purcahse merchandise aswell! I bought a neon pink dog-tag neclace, as pink was Emma’s favourite colour. I felt pleased with myself by helping this charity,emma’s sister, and so many more people just by paying one lousy pound for a brilliant cause. Now for people who dont agree with Charites, forget the charity, and think of the people, as they are what really counts!

R.I.P. Emma, you were a beautiful girl, so strong and brave, keep happy in Heaven hun ,

 music is everything to me, it potrays who i am and who you are. each induvidual should listen to music, and purley the music they love. nobody elses. dont let anyone forcefeed you chart hits that you despise, dont be pushed into a peigon hole of  ‘emo’ or ‘chav’ or any crap like that.  music keeps me going through alot of crap, whatever i listen to, talks to me, if you get me. i usually listen to a little bit of everything really. whether your intrests consist of alot of screaming, buckets of other peoples sweat, your heart beating in your mouth as the drums thrash vibrations through the ground,soft tearful vibes,or a singalong’ boogie, everything goes. i hope you can relate to my opinions and live,love and breathe music the way i do. until next time.x
